Our preconstruction group is a collaborative effort between estimators, project managers, field foremen, and our prefabrication teams. After we are awarded a project, our preconstruction group lays out the entire job structure. Timing, personnel and materials needed at every stage are identified. A road map for project productivity is developed and opportunities for prefabrication are explored.
